Orders placed on the ehomeHealthCare website will be confirmed/approved and shipped within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay in shipping, or a question concerning your order, we will attempt to contact you by telephone, email or both. In order to avoid incorrect shipments, we will delay shipping your order until all questions are resolved.
All packages are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground. For expedited shipping, USPS Express Mail or UPS will be used to ship the packages. We do not ship to PO Box address.
Please note deliver times are business days and not calendar days. USPS does not consider Saturday as a business day. Business days are Monday-Friday unless there is a holiday during a week. Holidays are defined as USPS holidays or the days on which USPS does not operate. ,
Based on weight and size of the package, freight charge will be added to all orders. Different shipping options are available.
Free standard shipping is valid on orders shipped to a single US address. Free shipping is not valid for international locations. Contact eHomeHealthCare customer care for more details.
Although we ship the packages within 2-3 business days. USPS offers an expected delivery date on their website but it is possible that they may not be able to deliver the package within that time frame.
Extreme Weather Impact on delivery
Sometimes due to extreme weather conditions, your packages may not get delivered as the Expected date shown on the USPS website or as mentioned on our website. Packages are picked up and delivered manually and bad weather conditions (at pickup location or delivery location) could cause additional delays.
Please note 'Next Day' shipping is not available for Saturday delivery. So 'Next Day' orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania, and the online order system will estimate sales tax at 6%. Customers outside of the state of Pennsylvania shall be solely responsible for any sales tax or other taxes that may be imposed as a result of purchasing products from this website.
